By downloading or using IP Smart Player ("the app") or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. What the app is
The app is a media player. It plays a playlist (M3U / M3U8) or Xtream Codes line that you provide. We do not supply, host or sell any channels, streams or content. See the Legal & Content Policy.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the playlists and credentials you load and for your right to use them.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and with your provider's terms.
- You will not misuse the app to infringe anyone's rights.
3. No warranty
The app and site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or the availability or quality of any third‑party content.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any third‑party content you choose to load.
5. Changes
We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
